I don't think I would have ever dated an Adele, or a Concepta or a Diedre; what's on your blacklist?
If I were a lady I wouldn't ever have considered a Neville or a Melvyn (or even worse a Mervyn), and Justin would have been utterly beyond the pale.
I'm seventy two so I thought the past tense would be more appropriate.
Actually after saying it repeatedly I think I now like Hepzibah.
You should be so lucky to date a girl called Aga.
Actually there is a very pretty Agata in my office. I bet she wouldn't mind being called Aga.
Elspeth - that's fairly unacceptable; though pretty rare nowadays, thank God; as is Hyacinth.
I had to delete because I remembered someone with one of those names who's an all-round good guy, and I expect that goes for the others if I could be arsed to think hard enough.

When I was about twelve I used to go to school on the 8.45 bus and each morning I would see a stunningly beautiful lady in her twenties, and she would usually smile and/or say hello to me, I was hopelessly besotted.
A few years later she married my uncle and we always got on well - her name is Edna and she's still lovely!
Elspeth - that's fairly unacceptable
Elspeth is great! I'd definitely date an Elspeth.
