There's a Rapha cafe in Spitalfields market, which does good coffee.

The Allpress in Shoreditch is nice, but that might be too far away from Spitalfields.

Quaker Street is so much more than a place for people to grab a coffee. It’s a place that feels like home for creatives and artists, where community is at the forefront of every decision made. This is becoming increasingly rare in a culture that’s obsessed with the facade of social media notoriety, and not making genuine connections with the people around you.

Oh, and there's a Department of Coffee on Bishopsgate. I'm not sure what that one's like to sit in, though, I have a feeling it might be too small. But their first place was great, and they do excellent coffee.

There's a Nude Espresso place on Hanbury Street and the much better Brooklyn Coffee on Commercial Street.

Sounds like a great place to people spot wankers with stupid beards knitting.

Another great place to “people spot wankers” is your house.

bossab's trouble is he's obsessed with the facade of social media notoriety.

I used to be very fond of The Golden Heart.

Which I know is not a Cafe.

He was a good old boy, Big Keith. He was rather large, as his name suggests. We once had a pie and mash competition. Big Keith ate 19 pies. This was back in the glory days.

I do remember staggering out of a party in the room upstairs and seeing an extraordinary amount of cocaine SAUSAGE ROLLS on this big hostess trolley thing by the stairs. I just sort of hoovered it up both nostrils on the way past.

Which was probably unwise, in retrospect.

Definitely not kosher.

So, if that’s the sort of thing you’re after...

Nah, young man's game, that is.
