10 so far. This is the best I've done in years (n.b. already using Google, I have no shame).

helbel - 13 Nov 2015 12:47:08 (#2 of 255)

solomongursky - 13 Nov 2015 12:51:27 (#3 of 255)

Revolution Road.

I did this last night and, eventually, got them all.

solomongursky - 13 Nov 2015 12:56:04 (#6 of 255)

A Tree Grows in Brooklyn and A Year in Provence I got.

dreams99 - 13 Nov 2015 12:56:50 (#7 of 255)

Revolution Road. I did this last night and, eventually, got them all.

You didn't get that one.

Tagyourit - 13 Nov 2015 13:00:45 (#8 of 255)

Sorry, that should have read Revolutionary Road

helbel - 13 Nov 2015 13:05:07 (#9 of 255)

Thank you! It was one of those I could guess the link but had never heard of the book.

I'm missing:

Mars vs Jupiter

Paisley/Slough/Kilkenny

Ypres shhh

Carnival of Mirrors

Lost cat

Accident ahead

Bishops Rock.

Would appreciate hints.

Tagyourit - 13 Nov 2015 13:08:07 (#10 of 255)

Hints or answers?

solomongursky - 13 Nov 2015 13:08:31 (#11 of 255)

Ypres shhh

You should get this one.

crackfox - 13 Nov 2015 13:08:34 (#12 of 255)

Bishop's Rock - look up what's at (or on) Bishop's Rock, and it's reasonably obvious.

The Paisley... one is the hardest. My hint there is look at what it's written on.

MaconLeary - 13 Nov 2015 13:09:16 (#13 of 255)

What bit of world history is Ypres most associated with? It's a novel about that.

TommyDGNR8 - 13 Nov 2015 13:10:20 (#14 of 255)

The literal translation of the original title of Ypres, shhh is In the West, Nothing New.

helbel - 13 Nov 2015 13:11:58 (#15 of 255)

Hints.

I figured the Ypres one would be about the war but googling wasn't much use.

TommyDGNR8 - 13 Nov 2015 13:13:43 (#16 of 255)

The other bit of the clue is probably a better hint.

Bromio - 13 Nov 2015 13:15:12 (#17 of 255)

Mars v Jupiter has been a book, an album, at least two films...

helbel - 13 Nov 2015 13:15:58 (#18 of 255)

I have Bishops Rock. Yay!

helbel - 13 Nov 2015 13:17:02 (#19 of 255)

Aha. and Ypres.

helbel - 13 Nov 2015 13:18:06 (#20 of 255)

And the lost cat.
