Hurrah for new thread!

My pregnancy cravings were whitebait, and also cheese and marmalade sandwiches.

Moominmamma12 - 18 Mar 2016 12:56:00 (#2 of 18887)

Well done, helbel.

PoppySeedBagel - 18 Mar 2016 13:41:56 (#3 of 18887)

Thask helbel. I am normally really fussy but some Haribo are the business. They have quite gentle flavours and aren't very sweet so I'd rather kids have H than most sweets. The cherry ones are disgusting though, and the fakes on sale at cinemas are rubbish too.

Fizzy smurfs

<taps nose>

Moschops - 18 Mar 2016 13:45:31 (#5 of 18887)

Don't haribos make your kids go mental though? Ours are more argumentative after some starmix.

BristolBlue - 18 Mar 2016 13:48:20 (#6 of 18887)

I like Haribo Pontefract cakes. Saying that, I love all Pontefract cakes.

Moominmamma12 - 18 Mar 2016 13:50:15 (#7 of 18887)

Ugh.

BrouTwo - 18 Mar 2016 13:54:08 (#8 of 18887)

I'm the only one in our house who eats Haribo and only then if I'm desperate. Still working my way through Halloween before last's booty.

BrouTwo - 18 Mar 2016 13:54:49 (#9 of 18887)

Preg cravings: Corned beef, salad, humus, ready salted crisps, bagels.

BrouTwo - 18 Mar 2016 13:55:10 (#10 of 18887)

Basically a picnic.

BristolBlue - 18 Mar 2016 13:55:35 (#11 of 18887)

Ugh

Liquorice does tend to fall in to two camps.

milhouse - 18 Mar 2016 13:57:41 (#12 of 18887)

humus?

BrouTwo - 18 Mar 2016 13:59:45 (#13 of 18887)

Hoummus? Sp?

milhouse - 18 Mar 2016 14:01:16 (#14 of 18887)

Humus is decaying leaf matter and stuff like that in topsoil. I imagine people have eaten stranger things when pregnant.

staticgirl - 18 Mar 2016 14:02:15 (#15 of 18887)

My mum licked coal.

RosyLovelady - 18 Mar 2016 14:02:44 (#16 of 18887)

Who Mousse, ffs.

thisonehasalittlehat - 18 Mar 2016 14:04:40 (#17 of 18887)

A coal craving I've heard of before.

Some people also eat dirt. They're odd.

KizzyK - 18 Mar 2016 14:05:12 (#18 of 18887)

Isn't that called Pica or something?

BrouTwo - 18 Mar 2016 16:13:58 (#19 of 18887)

Pica is a pathological thingummy, but people can have it temporarily when pregnant.
