Max von Sydow

He's presumably in it to make Harrison Ford look young by comparison.

xDiggy - 29 Apr 2014 18:55:46 (#3 of 266)

And look at the state of Hamill! He's the size of a small moon.

xbod72 - 29 Apr 2014 18:58:12 (#4 of 266)

"That's not a moon."

Carrie Fisher looks quite healthy, which hasn't always been so. I re-watched Fry's years old doc on his manic depression the other night with Fisher on as she suffers from it. Not that she looked bad on there, just mentioning it for no good reason.

MonsoonBloom - 29 Apr 2014 19:35:27 (#6 of 266)

That's not Mark hamill. It's Joe mangel.

ZimAgain - 29 Apr 2014 19:36:14 (#7 of 266)

lol at #4

MaisonLazlique - 29 Apr 2014 19:39:54 (#8 of 266)

I would CQ 4 but my phone won't play.

xbod72 - 29 Apr 2014 20:03:33 (#9 of 266)

Curses!

Amnesiac - 29 Apr 2014 20:10:07 (#10 of 266)

I feel for Mark Hamil, the rest of the cast went on to become global superstars and he became Jabba.

After the awful Episodes 1-3 I'm trying to keep my expectations low. Abrahams last Star Trek was pretty mediocre.

solomongursky - 29 Apr 2014 20:14:51 (#11 of 266)

He was in a very bad car wreck.

xbod72 - 29 Apr 2014 20:15:00 (#12 of 266)

Hamill's been doing lots of work, quite a bit in video game voicing. Can't say I recognise much of what's here, though, except Robot Chicken.

I know, between Empire and Jedi. There was a great disturbance in the force.

xbod72 - 29 Apr 2014 20:18:12 (#14 of 266)

I remember going to see this 1989 film when it came out at the cinema. Hamill looking dashing in a beard.

FestinaLente - 29 Apr 2014 20:22:45 (#15 of 266)

Mark Hamill has made his mark and his fortune since SW as a voice actor - I hope this new venture doesn't tank his reputation.

Amnesiac - 29 Apr 2014 20:26:34 (#16 of 266)

Good for him, it might wreck his rep or, you just never know, what if, just what if it was good?

Go on, allow yourself the luxury of A New Hope.

xbod72 - 29 Apr 2014 20:28:00 (#17 of 266)

Having hated the last three SW films I must admit I do feel a little excited to think of the old cast returning. No fan of Abrams, though, which rather lowers expectations.

Amnesiac - 29 Apr 2014 20:31:21 (#18 of 266)

Yeah my feelings too xbod. I quite liked the first Star Trek film but he is a small director of small films.

But hey, it can't be worse than the first three ... can it?

ZimAgain - 29 Apr 2014 20:32:05 (#19 of 266)

NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

FestinaLente - 29 Apr 2014 20:35:35 (#20 of 266)

what if it was good?
