Karim Benzema does a Jeremy Corbyn with knobs on for the national anthem. If he recognized that tinny rendition on the piano as La Marseillaise he's really got an ear.

Are they set to have an outstanding season guigal?

davedanon - 23 Nov 2015 16:24:39 (#4 of 104)

Barcelona? Oh yes.

guigal - 23 Nov 2015 16:29:17 (#5 of 104)

A tribute to the interest in Real that they attract posts instantly. Also a welcome sign that Benzema's so-called faux pas is instantly forgiven. That's the spirit.

A tribute to the interest in Real that they attract post within seconds.

Nah, we didn't start posting until the fourth went in.

Slow on the uptake. Only a couple of days late. The question of Benzema's spit still hangs in the air.

Agaliarept - 23 Nov 2015 16:35:56 (#8 of 104)

Real Madrid originally existed between 2003 and 2007 when David Beckham built the club to serve as the setting for the film Goal II: Living The Dream. It was then reformed in 2009 for Cristiano Ronaldo’s newly released documentary Ronaldo: Aren’t I Wonderful? Yes, I Am: The Film. Now that filming on the project has wrapped, the club no longer serves a purpose for him, so it is believed he will soon move elsewhere in order to justify a sequel.

Barcelona's Neymar and Suarez form such a great scoring duo that Messi isn't missed. Would Madrid be better without Cristiano?

Agaliarept - 23 Nov 2015 16:44:35 (#10 of 104)

Not sure about 'better' but personally I think they'd be mad not to sell a 30 year old for what people are saying they'd get (£60m).

Florentino Pérez will hold a press conference this evening at the Bernabéu after the board meeting of the club. There will be questions about the future of Benítez and a possible challenge to Pérez himself if presidential elections are called.

Real's season is going so well that they're going to upgrade their manager.

Florentino Pérez will hold a press conference this evening at the Bernabéu after the board meeting of the club.

Will The Telegraph send someone to cover the press conference who doesn't speak Spanish?

Benzema's spit still hangs in the air.
