One of the best players I ever saw. What a shame. RIP, Colin.

Just before my time, but always one of the players my Dad (who isn’t a City fan, but used to go games occasionally as a student in Manchester in the early 70s) speaks of in glowing terms, for his attitude and conduct as well as his talent.
He seemed to be the pin-up in Shoot every other week.
Sweet dreams, Colin.
A brilliant, graceful and deceptively tough player. One of my favourites when I watched more football than I do now. Uni dimmed my love of football, for some reason.
1970. We're not English and we don't have a car.
Nonetheless, I somehow end up with around twelve of those England World Cup coins you got from petrol stations. One of them is Colin Bell.
I'm not even sure if he was in their final squad (not everyone on the coins was).
That is my Colin Bell story.
Never say him play unfortunately
He played in every game Rev.
Ta, Monty.
There were 30 coins, so a few of the players portrayed definitely didn't get to Meheeco.
Yep, one was Mick Jones, who definitely didn’t go.
I have multiple copies of Shoot under the spare bed.
Also issues 1 to 30 of Kerrang magazine in pristine condition
Left in a bush for future generations
