how does a person live with themselves after raping and strangling a child

the only thing you have to look forward to is life imprisonment and solitary confinment. Being despised by everybody and associationg only with other sex criminals.

The main story here in France is the murder of little Angelique ,apparently by a neighbour a family man.

Ridiculous thread. How the hell does anyone know? Away with you and your distasteful nonsense.

Are you hoping that someone on here will have first-hand experience that they can share?

Mods plz delete & ban.

I think it's an interesting question. I suppose some get along by failing, more or less deliberately, to recognise that they've done anything terrible.

perhaps joe is 'asking for a friend', and meant to post in advice.

If I seriously wanted answers to this question, I would post it on Quora, which has a higher number of posters, and some ex-prisoners who might have known someone relevant and thus have something passing for an answer. I am not sure that that applies to JTT.

You should ask Siri, big Joe.

Or maybe Alexa.

They convince themselves they were lead on by the child, that it was the fault of the child. Just look at the way the children who were abused in care homes in UK were blamed for the abuse they suffered, or the catholic church blamed the victims of their abuse.

How the hell does anyone know?

By talking with them? Listening to them? Reading those who've written about them? Or who have come across the Roman playwright Terence who wrote "Nothing that is human is strange to me."

I remember hearing what one multiple rapist of his own family in Germany around 10 years ago was reported by the Beeb to have said, namely "I don't care."

There are enough people who are multiple murderers (or who just like killing) or who commit suicide to begin to show how many don't care about themselves or about others or who have come to hate, the whole world, for example.

I've never seen a more misanthropic comma.

"Nothing that is human is strange to me."

That is probably the most pivotal lesson learnt by those growing up in care, what people are capable of and that you are a victim waiting to happen.
