Why has my firestick stopped working

For some reason my Amazon Firestick has stopped working. It's all good until I click on a programme, then it buffers to 99% and then freezes, playing the sound but not the picture. The other firestick I have in a different room still plays fine (I suppose the next step is to swap them out to see if it is the firestick or the connection/TV but I thought I'c check here first). I have unplugged and reconnect my wifi box but to no avail.

Where did you stick it?

Left it unplugged (from the power source and hdmi) for a day and it's working again. Mods please delete thread.

The Amazon Fire TV Stick is available at an incredible £24.99. That's 38 per cent off.

If you CBA to swap the sticks around yet, consider the reboot;
