The Hotel Inspector (C5)
Would you stay in a hotel that appeared in this programme, even after she'd improved it?
And why do so many people start hotels and B&Bs when they retire expecting to make money for themselves with little effort when running those places is actually a demanding job?
Didn't watch it - but with this sort of programme people's "high" standards always confound me.
A hotel is a place to kip for a few days FFS - not to search for pubic hairs etc.
It's the same as s running a country pub, or "I've always loved cooking - my dream is to open a little bistro". These people should work in someone else's pub or restaurant for six months first, to see what it's really like before wasting their life savings on an illusion.
