Seizing the property of political opponents is always a sign of a healthy democratic state.

I don't know why we don't go the whole way and print out lists of names to stick up in the forum every week, with say a 1000 denarii reward for anyone who brings the head of a named citizen to Whitehall.

He would have to be a politician to be a political opponent.

Nobody voted for this guy.

I guess then that likes of say Greta Thunberg or Martin Luther King can't be political oppenents to anybody because they have never been voted into office.

There is a bit of a difference between campaigners and the clout Murdoch wields.

Would you agree?

How would you draft a law that captured that difference?

I'm no lawyer.
