New model house

Come and smize here

foxybrown - 04 Jul 2011 21:18:54 (#57 of 960)

Oh it's now being called BINTM. Ahem

foxybrown - 04 Jul 2011 21:26:55 (#58 of 960)

It is damn boring

schamachameleon - 04 Jul 2011 21:27:24 (#59 of 960)

Hello!

foxybrown - 04 Jul 2011 21:30:13 (#60 of 960)

Hello Schama, I'm bored

Is Grace pregnant?

schamachameleon - 04 Jul 2011 21:38:39 (#61 of 960)

Grace who?

This is not very good. Is this a new format?

foxybrown - 04 Jul 2011 21:42:24 (#62 of 960)

Grace is one of the judges, the one that isn't Elle

I love taking off the Afro to display another wig. WTF?

foxybrown - 04 Jul 2011 21:44:27 (#63 of 960)

Yes it's a new format, they are going for the X Factor thing and it's not working

I hope this is only for this week. It's dragging

schamachameleon - 04 Jul 2011 21:46:50 (#64 of 960)

This is really tedious and rather cruel.

I'm glad they ditched the arrogant drama student though.

Who is the Welshman with lipstick? He reminds me of someone.

foxybrown - 04 Jul 2011 21:57:13 (#65 of 960)

Julian McDonald he's a designer. Very bitchy, I liked his line about Brenda needing a personality

schamachameleon - 04 Jul 2011 22:03:33 (#66 of 960)

Ah, the designer. I've seen his stuff in Debenhams. I hate it.

schamachameleon - 04 Jul 2011 22:03:59 (#67 of 960)

I liked his line too, though. And I enjoyed his contributions generally.

foxybrown - 04 Jul 2011 22:04:59 (#68 of 960)

It's overly colourful isn't it? His clothing line

He is the Janice Dickinson of the panel; albeit prettier

I hate this format, I may return when they actually get into the house

Sorcha65 - 04 Jul 2011 22:09:34 (#69 of 960)

I did like the short clip of the lumpen blonde woman who was utterly incredulous that she didn't have what it took to be a model, and instantly said that neither did Elle McPherson. Something very Pete and Dud about her (could've been a High Court Judge, but she didn't have the Latin).

foxybrown - 04 Jul 2011 22:10:55 (#70 of 960)

Damn I missed that Sorcha, sounds like the best bit of the programme

That big girl they chose at the end was frightening

schamachameleon - 04 Jul 2011 22:29:37 (#71 of 960)

She was very scary indeed.

Sorcha65 - 04 Jul 2011 22:30:43 (#72 of 960)

Didn't scare me as much as the girl who just thought she was the best person she'd ever met. I thought they were far too gentle on her.

DejaLu - 04 Jul 2011 22:38:03 (#73 of 960)

Oh, she was terrifying. And how can most of these people think they look modelly?

foxybrown - 04 Jul 2011 22:38:44 (#74 of 960)

I bet she auditions for everything, look out for her on BB later this year

KittyKarateRedux - 05 Jul 2011 08:57:22 (#75 of 960)

Isn't the Xfactor format an import from early OzNTM? Erika and other grumpy blonde used to do audition panels in shopping malls. At least OzNTM used to get a decent turn out. Literally tens of girls were there at Glasgow.

Julian is little poisoned apple, and I now have an inkling about his 'type' thanks to the girl he championed.

They really don't need 2 episodes of auditions, just 1 with a certain amount of freak pointing and lingering camera shots of the girls that get through boot camp.

I think the highland dancing/cossack hat girl had the worst cankles I've seen since I looked in the mirror.

foxybrown - 05 Jul 2011 09:11:34 (#76 of 960)

I also missed highland Cossack dancing girl.

Kitty you are so right about Julian's type; I bet he likes to be squashed
