Dog poo

I religiously gather the fresh dog eggs provided by my pets, picking them up in poo bags, where they go to landfill. Biodegradable bags, but I bet they take 2 million years to rot. Or possibly 10.

There must be a better way. Thoughts?

Hang them in a nearby tree

Or on the neighbour's hedge.

Dog eggs = the dogs bollocks?

Delighted_User - 04 Aug 2020 17:49:11 (#5 of 45)

Hanging dogs is a bit harsh.

lammaMia - 04 Aug 2020 17:58:50 (#6 of 45)

Do they compost well?

lammaMia - 04 Aug 2020 17:59:07 (#7 of 45)

I mean the poo, not the dogs!

Why do dog owners say dog poo, but people who step in it say dog shit?

lammaMia - 04 Aug 2020 18:08:33 (#9 of 45)

Poo is shit you haven't stepped on by definition.

Even the dog owners don't say 'oh, poo' after stepping on it.

That is some worryingly fucked-up religion you have there.

Jacob_Richter - 27 Aug 2020 23:25:56 (#11 of 45)

It can be compostable. I live in the country and have trained the dogs to shit in fields rather than on the path....so it just rots away and enters the food chain, I suppose. The shit in the garden is more problematic in that it's collected in a big plastic bag and then put in general waste...which is what my council wants us to do with it.

Out for a stroll recently, I happened to notice a bag of dog poo placed strategically on a park bench.

Is this not just proof that cats are, well, just better?

Sabacious - 28 Aug 2020 00:02:09 (#15 of 45)

Not judging by the regular cat deposit that sits in my back garden every morning tgat I have to deal with. Bloody cats.

FGBFGB - 28 Aug 2020 00:07:00 (#16 of 45)

Yes, but think of the relief it is offering to the people who share their home with the defecating cat(s). We ought not be selfish.

Sabacious - 28 Aug 2020 00:20:21 (#17 of 45)

With your shiny unused cat litter trays.

Anchorman - 28 Aug 2020 00:26:15 (#18 of 45)

Bloody cats

My cats are very concerned to hear such talk and have instructed me to say watch your back they're coming for you!

They’ll be very welcome as long as they shit elsewhere.

Is this not just proof that cats are, well, just better?

Everything proves that.
