British Social Attitudes (BSA) question
This is probably dumb, but the Guardian today has:
public satisfaction with the NHS has fallen to its lowest level since 1997, as revealed in the 2021 British Social Attitudes (BSA) survey,
... and I cannot find this anywhere in the report:

Maybe they were questions added by the Kings Fund to an omnibus survey.
So Labour improved it, and the Tories have degraded it, and the public noticed
