I like that fact that he has complained to the BBC about it. You don't really want to know about THEIR application processes.

They wanted me to send a video via WeTransfer and they never received it and I never got my own copy of it either.

There are some helpful people there though.

It's complicated and too confusing to even get advice on really.

Things like Extend, you aren't meant to apply if you already have (if I remember rightly). Now it's different. I think All applications automatically get put through to Extend.
