My Dad has just asked me if I "could manage a Celebrity Bargain Hunt before we watch proper TV". He seems to be worried we might run out of good TV to watch.
Sainsbury's are selling mince pie mini shredded wheats.
I know. My local Sainsbury's has an aisle of mad stuff they clearly bought for a bet.
It is on there. Along with catering sized packs of Big D peanuts (pictures of boobs not included)
I've made a very large and comforting pasta dish from one of the Gousto recipes. Lots left for tomorrow too.
The Cote at Home stuff is excellent, really good quality.
I mostly ate hummus as I have a very sore throat.
We were thinking about ordering cote at home for NYE…..
We got those mince pie shredded wheats last year. They were fine, but the cereal eaters round here ranked this years reindeer munch mix slightly higher.
Remind me - how good is Cote at Home for the single diner?
Very good - so long as you don’t mind either eating it twice in a row or freezing some.
I was just reading that. It’s brilliant.
MrRad and I are both extremely tired today, so we've ordered pizza and done LFTs.
I didn't have cold symptoms until I stuck a swab up my nose. Now I can't stop sneezing and my nose is blocked.
(It's a week since I spent a jovial little while in a small kitchen with a colleague who had a positive test two days later. At least one of us was masked throughout the jollifications, and I've had two negative LFTs since. Paranoia, however, is my friend.)

This, Dubris. Things such as the fish parmentier are very good for doing either. I imagine the meat dishes are similar.
Order two puddings though!
Do I really strike you as the sort of person who wouldn't order two puddings?
No. But better safe than sorry! I recommend the lemon posset.
