Boris the Bungler

Boris Johnson has been criticised for making a misleading statement about a British-Iranian woman serving a five-year jail term in Iran, in comments that appear to have complicated her legal case.

A walking embarrassment and dangerous to boot.

Bungler isn't really fair. Bungler is a jolly, fun word.

He's a dangerous incompetent who is an embarrasment to the country and a risk for its populace.

Ricolas - 06 Nov 2017 17:40:38 (#2 of 482)

As horrifying as this is, is anyone really surprised?

Imagine what he is saying to foreign diplomats behind closed doors every day. Scary.

WibbleAgain - 06 Nov 2017 17:46:01 (#3 of 482)

I've never understood why this idiot has been in position of influence and power for so long. Luck can run out too, as he's always pushing it so hard.

Bojo, the Bunteresque Bungler. Yaroo!

He's a callous bastard who just doesn't give a shit. He won't care that he's just made the lot of a hostage immeasurably worse.

bossab2 - 06 Nov 2017 18:02:26 (#6 of 482)

He's unfit to do more than play at being the joker on HIGNFY.

Anybody employing him needs their head examining.

Answer is in the question Wibbers - it's because he's an idiot.

The meeja love an idiot. They equate it with "character" and it guarantees vast amounts of promotion.

Trump is one of the most powerful blokes in the world on this basis. The publicity he got in the primaries was literally worth billions.

browserbutton - 06 Nov 2017 18:12:51 (#8 of 482)

Also, he speaks in a posh-boy fun way, with big words. The voters swoon!

thisonehasalittlehat - 06 Nov 2017 18:37:16 (#9 of 482)

I wish people would stop talking about him.

Shadrack22 - 06 Nov 2017 18:40:14 (#10 of 482)

It’s like Morbo. People claim to hate him, but can’t stop talking about him.

mikeshadow - 06 Nov 2017 18:42:11 (#11 of 482)

Bit tricky trying to ignore Boris altogether though when he has such a senior government position.

foghorn - 06 Nov 2017 18:43:32 (#12 of 482)

Clowns are people who try to cheer seriously ill children up in hospital. That cunt Johnson is a reckless National liability.

Shadrack22 - 06 Nov 2017 18:44:36 (#13 of 482)

Boris might as well have a go at being PM. Get it over and done with, then we can move on.

mikeshadow - 06 Nov 2017 18:49:18 (#14 of 482)

Among other faults, Boris is such a patronising cunt using his silly made up childish metaphors, all uttered with a smirk.

At Greyfriars he would have got a good kicking from Wharton and a caning from Quelch.

machiavelli - 06 Nov 2017 19:13:39 (#15 of 482)

Step forward, T May!

Johnson is dangerous because he's so fucking heedless. In a way, I don't care how many bigwigs he winds up but his carelessness is increasing the danger for someone who is basically a powerless hostage.

Simonethebeaver - 06 Nov 2017 19:16:17 (#16 of 482)

If this poor woman ends up with an extended sentence, Johnson should resign on the spot.

machiavelli - 06 Nov 2017 19:18:34 (#17 of 482)

I'd willingly swap the shitstain for that poor lady.

SunkenTreasures - 06 Nov 2017 19:20:38 (#18 of 482)

He should be sacked immediately.

darkhorse - 06 Nov 2017 19:20:49 (#19 of 482)

Johnson is a f***ing incompetent pr*ck.

That is all.

browserbutton - 06 Nov 2017 19:29:02 (#20 of 482)

Step forward, T May!

Although she is weak, and diminished, and grey and drained and fearful, Nanny Meh has probably been advised by her minders to keep venomous creatures like Johnson and Gove where she can see them -- in the Cabinet.
