Our old friends at The Mail

Have been up to their usual tricks

But according to Victoria police, there was no “gang” involved and no “flare-up” until the aggressive behaviour of the Daily Mail photographer provoked a group of teenagers who were innocently socialising at the shopping centre.

That’s one of those crappy Graun stories where you half way through before realising it’s chuffing Australia.

SheikYerbouti - 11 Jan 2018 07:06:16 (#2 of 28)

I didn't even know there was a Daily Mail Australia, but I suppose it makes sense that wherever there are a lot of racists, there the Mail will be too.

Daily Mail Australia: Bloody immigrants - Send us back!

HouseOfLametta - 11 Jan 2018 07:11:26 (#4 of 28)

The first line is about violence by “African-Australian youths” Sharkers. Did you think they were on tour?

SharkPatoo - 11 Jan 2018 07:13:54 (#5 of 28)

I thought they all lived in Earls Court like all the other Ozzies.

bossab2 - 11 Jan 2018 07:16:30 (#6 of 28)

Victoria isn't a place in London. Its just a railway station.

SharkPatoo - 11 Jan 2018 07:17:31 (#7 of 28)

It has a bus station too, also some theatres.

RosyLovelady - 11 Jan 2018 07:36:28 (#8 of 28)

There's even a little shopping centre.

Mind you, it isn't a postal district in its own right. So I suppose no one lives there except possibly on the street.

HorstVogel - 11 Jan 2018 07:41:38 (#9 of 28)

I like the Victoria Library

SharkPatoo - 11 Jan 2018 07:42:06 (#10 of 28)

It even has a cathedral.

Delighted_User - 11 Jan 2018 07:43:43 (#11 of 28)

That's a mosque, according to the EDL.

RosyLovelady - 11 Jan 2018 07:43:58 (#12 of 28)

Ah, but it calls itself Westminster cathedral because there's no such place as Victoria to name itself after.

HouseOfLametta - 11 Jan 2018 07:45:25 (#13 of 28)

Stately homes for the Lords,

Croquet lawns, village greens

browserbutton - 11 Jan 2018 08:09:54 (#14 of 28)

"In other Australian news: A young man was stabbed in the Dandenongs."

Moschops - 11 Jan 2018 08:13:22 (#15 of 28)

Thank God it wasn't the Bungle Bungles

SharkPatoo - 11 Jan 2018 09:11:58 (#16 of 28)

I hear they’re changing their immigration laws about people with criminal records. Apparently you don’t need one anymore.

This post was brought to you by 1972.

HorstVogel - 11 Jan 2018 09:29:36 (#17 of 28)

I read that in Road to Mars by Eric Idle.

upgoerfive - 11 Jan 2018 09:52:51 (#18 of 28)

"Look, I'm really sorry, mate, but under our Points-Based immigration system, you're going to have to do a couple more burglaries before we can let you in. We're really strict about this."

roguestate - 13 Feb 2018 17:55:20 (#19 of 28)

Coming just hours apart, two events have revealed everything we need to know about the lack of accountability of the British corporate press and the corruption and damage it causes.

First the Daily Mail published at the bottom of page two a ‘clarification’ which, when read carefully, revealed that another of its front-page stories designed to crank up hatred towards Muslims was no better than a fiction.

That's because the Mails stories are lifted from the internet...
