They stuck Brian Coleman on to defend Barnet council. It didn't go well.

Lewis Goodall@lewis_goodall For anyone who tells you how this election is going to end up, tell them this. According to the British Election Study around 35-45% of *all* voters switched parties at each of the past two elections. Those elections have been the most volatile ever.

Everything is to play for.

En Marche, motherfuckers!

Oi! Get off!

HerrWalrus - 29 Oct 2019 12:12:39 (#8 of 2780)

Is Johnson going to campaign for No-Deal?

Gotout - 29 Oct 2019 12:13:21 (#9 of 2780)

I can see Boris winning with a small majority. Unfortunately I think that would cause pressure on Corbyn to step down. Who would replace him? Dianne Abbott probably thinks she would be perfect, but IMO she would drive even more Labour supporters away.

xDiggy - 29 Oct 2019 12:13:46 (#10 of 2780)

Why would he do that? He'll campaign on his marvellous deal.

solomongursky - 29 Oct 2019 12:14:18 (#11 of 2780)

Tactical voting could ruin Boris. If labour voters hold their nose and vote lib dem if they have a chance against a tory..

Quite apart from the usual party political stuff there will be campaigns for Remain to consolidate.

If is isn't in government by Christmas he's a goner. This is clear.

Diane Abbott would be perfect.

He looks a bit like Santa Claus. This may help.

solomongursky - 29 Oct 2019 12:16:01 (#15 of 2780)

Miracle on Downing Street.

Gotout - 29 Oct 2019 12:17:47 (#16 of 2780)

#13 Unfortunately she is prone to gaffes, if she thought before opening her mouth then she might be a powerful leader.

SinnerBoy - 29 Oct 2019 12:18:07 (#17 of 2780)

Brian Coleman, eh? Remember this?

Barnet Councillor Brian Coleman admits parking row attack

An ex-Conservative mayor has admitted attacking a woman as she filmed him parking illegally on a street where he had helped introduce unpopular charges.

Brian Coleman, a Barnet councillor, admitted a charge of common assault by beating at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court.

Tory bastard.

dottie30 - 29 Oct 2019 12:23:28 (#18 of 2780)

Anna Soubry is running.

HouseOfLametta - 29 Oct 2019 12:24:07 (#19 of 2780)

Is there a bear after her?

dottie30 - 29 Oct 2019 12:24:18 (#20 of 2780)

Heidi Allen won't be standing.
