Jacob_Richter - 31 May 2021 12:46:47 (#2 of 52)

John Fareham can thank his lucky stars that he's not a Traveller.

Tinymcsmithy - 31 May 2021 14:05:35 (#3 of 52)

LOCK HIM UP!

solomongursky - 31 May 2021 15:39:11 (#4 of 52)

Aye. "How can you show your face / When you're a disgrace to the human race?"

Tenesmus - 01 Jun 2021 09:31:08 (#7 of 52)

He probably wishes he was a traveller, it wouldn't have made the news then.

GyratingTrampoline - 01 Jun 2021 10:15:14 (#8 of 52)

That's true - they never print negative stories about travellers in the news.

bailliegillies - 01 Jun 2021 10:17:01 (#9 of 52)

He's probably puzzled as they why they didn't blame it on travellers, instead of him. Don't they know who he is?

Tenesmus - 01 Jun 2021 12:55:28 (#10 of 52)

Why didn't he just go to his municipal tip? It's bizarre.

RosyLovelady - 02 Jun 2021 08:40:36 (#11 of 52)

He might have encountered lowly council workers and members of the public at the municipal tip.

mingmong - 02 Jun 2021 09:07:09 (#12 of 52)

And of course it won't cross anyones' mind to wonder what might have been on the hard-drives of those electronic devices the disgraced councillor was so eager to destroy and dump away from his property

HerrWalrus - 02 Jun 2021 09:33:08 (#13 of 52)

I normally have little time for the Tory element of our society. I have to admit though that many fly-tippers may not be Tory supporters.

RosyLovelady - 02 Jun 2021 09:34:46 (#14 of 52)

You mean they could belong to the further-right, I suppose, and I agree.

fogsake - 02 Jun 2021 09:51:40 (#15 of 52)

You are really not aware of the one rule for them, another rule for us tory mindset, Herr?

Ginmonkey - 02 Jun 2021 09:53:57 (#16 of 52)

My experience of flytippers - both growing up on a farm and living as an adult in blocks of flats with communal bins and areas is flytippers come in all shapes, sizes and all political persuasions. The common uniting theme is laziness and thinking they can get away with it.

That's my suspicion too. How often this happens to them I don't know, but the thought of at least some of them being apprehended and fined pleases me. Sadly, it's far too few.

If it was like Texas here, you could just shoot the fuckers.

frantastic - 02 Jun 2021 20:02:47 (#19 of 52)

He lives in Stella Street, just down from Mick’n’Keef.

TauCeti - 02 Jun 2021 20:34:57 (#20 of 52)

I doubt laziness has much to do with a seriously hard job of illegally dumping stuff on roadsides, driving a van for miles at night, and soon and so forth.

Stupids yes;
