Alarm as KILLER SHARKS heading to UK beaches this summer

Killer SHARKS are moving ever closer towards UK waters as sea temperatures rise owing to climate change, according to shock new research out today. Experts now anticipate that British beaches could be a primary target for the flesh-eating killing machines. “This will turn our town’s beaches into something like a scene from Jaws,” said a visibly flustered Mayor of Bournemouth after hearing the news.

Did it taste of urine?

Thanks Cordelia that looks fascinating and yeah I agree about tagging the man eaters.

I've eaten shark I'm ashamed to admit (when I was too young to know better) and it was delicious. Like Skate, as you'd imagine.

Poor things will probably be poisoned by all the sewage in the sea around Britain.

They'll find British surfers to be a bit tough and stringy.

Not now, killer sharks.

Sounds good, shark and chips.

If we are getting sharks like these, they are probably lost or something.

We don't get sharks around here that I know of. The last time I went to Whitley Bay around the coast, I was asked if we get sharks and I don't think we do, that I know of.

I went to the Co-op at Marine Avenue and had a look at the Playhouse to see what was on. And there's a new ice cream shop or two and I've been to the chip shop a few times. It's £1.20 for a cone of chips which is ok. I haven't been to the swimming baths there for years. The last time I went to Whitley Bay, it was FREEZING. I'd gone by myself and was just chucking pebbles in the water. You can walk to Whitley Bay quite honestly.

I'm trying to get the Metro shut because quite frankly, it's useless. It's hardly on. Though it's good for going around the coast.

We could all meet in Whitley Bay if we wanted. I took Snazz to Whitley Bay to St Mary's. As far as I know, she'd never been before. I think there's still an ice cream shop on St Mary's Island if anyone wants to have a look.

And there might still be a milkshake shop.

We get seals there as well but aren't allowed near the seals and there's this.

Basking sharks are widespread in UK waters during the summer months. They are massive, 12m long, 6 tonnes. But they don't eat people

They don't even eat fish. They eat plankton.

Once saw a Porbeagle on the west coast and was a we bit surprised.
